We spent most of the time just outside of Anchorage at a beautiful airbnb on a lake. There was a bald eagle who would perch up on the tree in the backyard most days, and it seems he angered a seagull while we were enjoying a campfire one night. I was able to catch a really awesome photo of the gull flying right past the eagle in it's tree. The long days made the trip feel a little like one long fever dream. It only ever got "dark" from ~2-4am, and even then it just felt like dusk. we spent one night up in Denali National Park, which had some stunning views and two really nice hikes. My favorite part was a boat ride from Seward towards the Kenai Fjords. We were extremely lucky to have seen Orcas and a large pod of Humpback Whales. It was tough narrowing down the best photos, but I think all the ones I decided to showcase here are worth viewing :)
